Job summary

Job Invest in Helmond zoekt een productiemedewerker voor een productieomgeving waar kwaliteit en precisie cruciaal zijn. Je zorgt voor tijdige verpakking, bedient de machines en registreert het eindproduct in het systeem.

Je werkt zelfstandig maar stemt af met collega's om de productie soepel te laten verlopen. Je werkt in twee of drie ploegen met diensttijden 07:00-15:00, 15:00-23:00 of 23:00-07:00 en ontvangt een bruto uurloon vanaf €15, met ploegentoeslag tot 20% per gewerkte uur.

Qualifications

• Voorkeur voor ervaring in productieomgeving.
• In staat om kwaliteitscontroles uit te voeren.
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en proactieve houding.

Responsibilities

• Verantwoordelijk voor tijdige verpakking van producten.
• Bedienen van machines en wisselen van filmrollen.
• Registreren van afgewerkt product in het systeem.
• Samenwerking met collega’s tijdens overdracht en ploegovergangen.

What will you do?

As a Production Employee, you are responsible for the timely preparation and packaging of products according to set guidelines. You operate the machines, change film rolls when necessary and perform interim quality checks. You immediately identify any deviations so that the production process continues to run smoothly. You also register the finished product in the system and contribute to a clean and safe working environment. During shift changes you take care of a clear transfer, so that your colleagues can get on well. You work alternately in two or three shifts, depending on the schedule. Your working hours are 07:00 - 15:00 | 15:00 - 23:00 | 23:00 - 07:00

• A gross hourly wage starting at €15;
• Shift pay up to 20% per hour worked;
