Job summary

AXIS Career in the Netherlands is seeking a production worker for a specialised production process. You will weigh ingredients, mix powders, and package products, ensuring quantities are correct and quality standards are met.

You will receive thorough training, work Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and Fridays 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM, and join a small, committed team focused on safe, clean, and efficient production.

Job description

As a production worker, you will be involved in a specialised production process. You will work with various powders that are weighed according to specific recipes, mixed and then packaged. Accuracy is essential: you ensure that the correct quantities are used and that the finished product meets the required quality standards.You will receive thorough training from experienced colleagues and gradually learn the entire production process. As you gain experience, you will be given more responsibility. You will work independently, but you will always have your colleagues to rely on. Together, you will ensure that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently.Your responsibilities will include:

• Weighing ingredients according to specific recipes;
• Measuring and mixing different powders using mixers;
• Dividing and packaging the mixture;
• Operating and monitoring machinery;
• Carrying out quality checks;
• Contributing ideas for improvements to the production process;
• Keeping your workplace clean, safe and organised.

You will work Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. On Fridays, you will work from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM, meaning your weekend starts early every week!

For this position, it is important that you work accurately and are eager to learn. You enjoy working with machinery and raw materials and feel comfortable in a production environment. In addition:

• You have an affinity with technology and machinery;
