The Quality Engineering & Excellence team within the Reuse & Repair sector supports a large engineering organization in Veldhoven. The team enables consistent quality, performance, and continuous improvement across reuse and repair activities. A KPI framework is currently being established, and the next step is to successfully implement and embed it across the organization. In this internship, you will help drive KPI adoption and support data-driven decision-making within a department of about 100 people. You will collaborate closely with engineering leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
