ASML’s Global Manufacturing organization in Veldhoven is seeking a bachelor non‑thesis internship in Technical Business Administration / Industrial Engineering. You will help validate and further develop a manufacturing readiness decision‑making model and contribute to data‑driven business decisions in products introduction projects.

The internship lasts at least five months with a minimum of four days per week (two on‑site).

Formación

• Candidates pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Technical Business Administration, Engineering Management, or related engineering discipline.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data and quantitative assessments.
• Proactive and able to reach out to stakeholders for information and support.
• Ability to translate complex findings into practical recommendations and business insights.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Validate and improve a recently developed manufacturing readiness decision-making model.
• Apply the model within active product introduction projects.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders across manufacturing.
• Assess usability, adoption, and practical value of the model.
• Identify opportunities for model improvements and broadened implementation.
• Present findings and validation results to the team.
