Job summary

Strohm is seeking an Industrial Electrical Engineer to design, upgrade and troubleshoot electrical systems on the production floor. You will own electrical projects from concept through commissioning, collaborating with Production, Maintenance and engineering teams to drive reliability and energy efficiency.

Bring a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and hands-on experience with industrial power systems, motors, drives and control panels.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent with industrial experience.
Strong knowledge of electrical installations, distribution, motors, drives and safety standards.
Experience with design, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Design and develop industrial electrical systems and installations from concept to commissioning.
Lead electrical projects including CAPEX, from specifications to installation and testing.
Support production and maintenance in troubleshooting and long-term solutions.
Prepare electrical drawings, schematics and technical documentation to standards.
Drive energy efficiency, reliability and safety improvements across the plant.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers and contractors.
