Job summary

Strohm Holding is seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to keep production equipment running safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will diagnose electrical faults, perform preventive maintenance, and support installation projects while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in industrial settings, strong knowledge of electrical schematics, and the ability to read mechanical drawings.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial or production environment.
• Good English and Dutch communication skills or a willingness to learn Dutch.
• Knowledge of Dutch and European electrical standards (e.g. NEN 1010, NEN 3140).
• Strong hands-on experience with electrical systems and industrial installations.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults on production equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximise reliability and uptime.
• Carry out mechanical interventions such as component replacement, alignment, and adjustments.
• Support installation and modification of equipment and systems.
• Work safely in line with procedures (LOTO, permits, etc.).
