You will be responsible for preparing and presenting dishes, supervising kitchen assistants, and ensuring quality and hygiene standards. Responsibilities

• Selecting and preparing (washing, cutting, mixing, etc.).
• Conducting intermediate checks (doneness, taste, color, etc.) and making adjustments as needed.
• Ensuring consistent quality and hygiene.
• Supervising the work of kitchen assistants and making corrections where necessary.
• Keeping track of stock levels, ordering ingredients, and checking deliveries.
• Daily cleaning of the work environment, kitchen equipment, and workstations.
• Reporting technical faults and resolving minor issues.
• Providing input regarding the composition and adjustments of menus.
