Job summary

An international restaurant in Apeldoorn is seeking a passionate Independent Working Chef Level I to join their kitchen team. You will be responsible for dish preparation and presentation, and can manage the kitchen independently when needed. Qualifications

• Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques.

Responsibilities

• Select and prepare ingredients (washing, cutting, mixing, etc.).
• Conduct checks on doneness, taste, and color.
• Ensure consistent quality and hygiene.
• Supervise kitchen assistants and provide corrections.
• Track stock levels, order ingredients, and check deliveries.
• Clean work environment and kitchen equipment daily.
• Report technical faults and resolve minor issues.
• Provide input for menu adjustments and working methods.
