Job summary

Wlgroup, based in The Hague, Netherlands, seeks an experienced assurance professional to verify and validate delivered projects, systems, services and programmes and report outcomes at executive level. The role is mostly on-site with flexibility to work from home, in a multinational defence context.

You would plan formal reviews, appraise compliance, produce test documentation, manage verification events and support external contractor projects. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Five years planning and executing test, V&V on large, complex projects.
• Testing systems and products for function, load, and interoperability.
• Experience managing external stakeholders during large deliveries.
• Ability to read system documentation and reason about hardware/software designs.
• Clear written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and run formal reviews and assessments across complex and cross-functional domains, and along the supply chain.
• Appraise work against the organisation's standards, identifying where it does not comply, and working out why.
• Produce the test documentation - event test plans, test cases, traceability matrices, reports.
• Assure other people's test artefacts, the traceability matrix above all.
• Manage the design, planning, execution and reporting of verification and validation events.
• Support projects delivered by external contractors.
• Support the operational community through acceptance activities.
