Job summary

WLG in The Hague is seeking an experienced independent verifier to plan and run formal reviews and assessments across complex, cross-functional and supply chain domains. You will act as the independent voice, not part of the delivery team, with flexible work-from-home options when needed.

You will lead master and event test planning and execution, identify root causes of non-compliance, and produce key test documentation while sustaining assurance over artefacts and traceability.

Qualifications

• Five years or more of verification and validation planning and execution on large complex projects.
• Three years or more of functional, non-functional and interoperability testing.
• Experience managing external stakeholders on large projects and resolving escalations.
• Ability to read hardware and software architectures from design documentation to spot testable risks.
• Team leadership experience with measurable staffing or performance decisions.
• Experience testing in virtualised and cloud environments and with relevant platforms.
• Familiarity with test, defect and requirements management tooling and traceability.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and conduct formal reviews and assessments across complex, cross-functional domains.
• Identify non-compliance with standards and determine root causes.
• Produce essential test documentation: event test plans, test cases, traceability matrices, test reports.
• Provide assurance over test artefacts and traceability.
• Manage the design, planning and execution of verification and validation events and report results.
• Act as independent verifier on projects delivered by external contractors.
• Support the operational community through operational acceptance.
