Job summary

WLG invites applications for an independent verifier role based in The Hague with occasional home working. You will plan and run formal reviews across complex domains, identify non-compliance, and produce key test documentation.

You will manage verification events and act as the independent voice on projects delivered by external contractors. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in verification planning and testing, strong stakeholder management, and familiarity with cloud and virtualised

Qualifications

• Five+ years of verification and validation planning and execution on large projects.
• Three+ years of functional, non-functional and interoperability testing.
• Experience managing external stakeholders on large projects and resolving escalations.
• Ability to read hardware and software architectures from design docs and spot testable risks.
• Team leadership experience with identifiable team size and decisions.
• Experience testing in virtualised and cloud environments with platforms used.
• Familiarity with test, defect and requirements management tooling for traceability.
• Advanced testing certifications or NATO/military domain experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and conduct formal reviews and assessments across complex domains.
• Identify non-compliance with standards and determine root causes.
• Produce essential test documentation: event test plans, test cases, RTMs, test reports.
• Provide assurance over test artefacts, especially traceability matrices.
• Manage the design, planning and execution of verification and validation events.
• Act as independent verifier on projects delivered by external contractors.
• Support the operational community through operational acceptance.
