HelmsBriscoe, the global leader in meeting procurement, seeks commercial meeting professionals to provide site selection services as Independent Contractors in the Netherlands. You will source venues, negotiate rates, review contracts, and support corporate, association and NGO planners.

Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus. This role offers a flexible lifestyle with a vast database of 360,000 venues and a global network of 1,500 professionals in 60 countries.

Qualifikationen

• Commercial and administrative skills required.
• Service orientation is essential.
• Experience in hotel sales, DMC, associations or corporate events preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Independent contractor who can work autonomously and as part of a team.

Aufgaben

• Source the most suitable venues and present options.
• Support clients in the decision-making process.
• Negotiate the best rates and conditions.
• Review contracts on behalf of the client with the venue.
• Recommend partners such as DMCs, event management companies and AV suppliers.
