Barentszen Group in Amsterdam is seeking a Project Manager Meetings and Events to coordinate meetings, congresses, and corporate events for international clients. You will connect clients with suppliers and colleagues, ensuring every detail is correct and timelines are met.

This role offers a hybrid office in Amsterdam with partial remote work, a collaborative team, diverse projects abroad, and a competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum MBO 4 level of professional and intellectual ability.
• Value structure, planning, and efficient workflows.
• Passion for event logistics and energy from organizing.
• 2-3 years of experience in business travel, event coordination, or pharma compliance is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Organize and coordinate meetings, congresses, and corporate events.
• Provide end-to-end support for international multinationals in organizing events domestically and abroad.
• Manage logistics: travel, hotels, locations, transfers, registrations, and schedules.
• Monitor budgets, deadlines, and quality.
• Liaise with suppliers and build partnerships.
