NH Conference Centre Koningshof in the Netherlands is seeking a Meeting & Events Specialist to lead the sales and organization of events such as meetings, conferences and galas. You will manage negotiations with clients and coordinate preparations to ensure every event is a success, serving as the main contact for the event's contact person and aligning with hotel operations.

You will work closely with colleagues across departments, delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Excellent communication in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Sell and organize events for meetings, incentives, conferences, events and groups.
• Lead negotiations and handle the associated preparations for each event.
• Serve as the main contact for the event's contact person and ensure tight organization.
• Coordinate with operational departments to maintain service levels and guest experience.
• Act as event manager during major events, ensuring smooth execution.
