Marston Holdings is recruiting Certificated Enforcement Agents, offering a signing-on bonus for successful candidates. The role supports independence with the backing of an experienced team and the flexibility of self-employment or employed options.

You will manage warrants, collect payments, trace absconders, and ensure compliance with legislation while delivering firm but fair service to the public in a role that combines autonomy with professional support.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence (required).
• Valid Certificated Enforcement Agent certificate (required).
• Availability to work between 6am and 9pm.
• Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with diverse people.
• Self-employed mindset with high personal standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own schedule.
• Execute warrants professionally and lawfully.
• Collect payments and negotiate arrangements.
• Trace absconders.
• Seize goods for auction where required.
• Ensure full compliance with legislation and company standards.
• Deliver a firm but fair service to members of the public.
