Job summary

Otrium, an online fashion outlet marketplace, is seeking a Logistics Intern to support the supply chain team with live drops, ERP data handling, and inbound processes. You will work with brands and warehouses to move items to Ready for Live status, gain hands-on experience in a scale-up, and contribute to stock data improvements.

The role runs for six months, 32–40 hours per week, with an office-based presence in Amsterdam (Houthavens) and a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Good at organising and multitasking (stakeholder management will be an important part of your internship)
• Studying a relevant degree for the internship
• Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)

Responsibilities

• You will manage the process of the items going live on our platform from start to finish
• You will be in contact with brands and our warehouse regarding upcoming deliveries
• You will request, check & process the incoming data & digital assets from brands about new deliveries to make it compatible with our ERP system
• You will be responsible for drop management
• You will work on stock information improvement (sizing project)
• You will support quality assurance efforts (minimising code 4s, defective SKUs)
• You will support the Inbound team with day to day tasks
• Hands-on operational experience in managing drops, develop stakeholder management skills through direct contact with brands and get exposure to 3PL management

Your impact

We are looking for a Logistics Intern who, together with our team, will take Otrium to a higher level. We can guarantee one thing; after this internship, your resume is full of relevant experience, plus you have been part of a scale‑up, in a young and enthusiastic team.

At Otrium, no two days are the same! As a Logistics Intern you will be supporting the team of supply chain specialists on incoming shipments from the supplying brands to get them live on the platform as soon as possible. You will work in Google Sheets, our own ERP system and our brand new drop system, to assist the team in guiding the shipments to a ‘Ready for Live’-status.

Living within a 1-hour one-way commute from our Houthavens office (ideally)
