JD The Hague is seeking a full-time In-Store Visual Merchandiser to elevate our in-store experience through creative product placement and on-trend fashion storytelling. You will create window and in-store displays, refresh weekly visuals, and analyse sales data to ensure layouts are commercially effective while remaining aligned with brand guidelines.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will collaborate with the Town Merchandiser and Visual Support manager to develop skills and progress within

Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising or retail environments preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Creativity and a keen eye for fashion trends.
• Genuine passion for JD’s brands, trends and products.
• Proactive attitude and confidence in engaging customers to support sales.
• Sharp attention to detail to keep shop floor visually appealing.

Responsibilities

• Showcase trends through in-store placement to maximise sales.
• Implement weekly VM pack guidelines in-store.
• Refresh packages to highlight bestselling and new styles.
• Update window displays weekly to reflect current trends.
• Analyze weekly sales reports to ensure financially sound layouts.
• Anticipate seasonal changes and peak trade initiatives.
• Create appealing displays guiding customers through the store.
• Identify and develop talent within the store.
• Collaborate with Town Merchandiser and Visual Support manager to grow skills.
