JD The Hague is seeking a full-time In-Store Visual Merchandiser to elevate our in-store experience through creative product placement and on-trend fashion storytelling. You will create window and in-store displays, refresh weekly visuals, and analyse sales data to ensure layouts are commercially effective while remaining aligned with brand guidelines.

JD The Hague is looking for a full-time In-Store Visual Merchandiser!

As part of the in-store team, you will provide visual support to the store, engaging our customers through creative product placement and by utilising the latest fashion trends. You will create window and in-store displays whilst maximising store profitability through enticing visual concepts. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will collaborate to plan, implement and maintain high visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store remains visually appealing, commercially effective and aligned with brand guidelines.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Showcaseup and coming trends through product in store to maximise sales.
• Implement weekly VM pack guidelines in store where applicable.
• Re-fresh packages to showcase bestselling product as well as new styles to the business.
• Update window displays weekly to show the consumer the latest on trend, best-selling product of the week.
• Analyse sale figures such as weekly Trade reports (branch review, top 10 by brand) to ensure store layout is commercially correct.
• Continually think ahead, be proactive with new seasonal changes, peak trade initiatives and commercial awareness.
• Creating appealing and eye-catching displays that lead the customer through the store.
• Identify future talent in store to develop and progress and train and develop key individuals in store to gain a well-rounded understanding of Visual merchandising across all levels.
• Work with the Town Merchandiser and Visual Support manager to further your own knowledge and skill set.

Skills and Experience:

• Visual Merchandising or Retail Experience is Advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Be creative, imaginative and have a flair for fashion.
• A genuine passion for JD’s brands, trends, and the latest products.
• Proactive attitude, with the confidence to approach customers and support sales opportunities.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring the shop floor always looks sharp and ready.
