Job summary

DeepLeaf in The Hague is seeking two Program Coordination Interns to keep our programs, partners, and day-to-day operations moving. You’ll sit close to the team, coordinate people and the many moving parts, help our partners get value from DeepLeaf, and carry signal between the field, our wider ecosystem, and the team.

This internship is aimed at proactive organizers who thrive around technology and agriculture; you’ll help with coordinating sessions, onboarding partners, and capturing

Qualifications

• Open to students or recent grads pursuing higher education.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Interest in AI and agriculture is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, notes, docs, and action items; assist sessions/workshops.
• Onboard partners and schedule meetings; prepare and follow up.
• Build relationships across the DeepLeaf ecosystem to surface opportunities.
• Gather feedback from partners and field teams and relay to the team.
• Collect and organize program data with clean records.
