Job summary

Delft Circuits is seeking an in house Recruiter to help double our team in the coming year. You will own the recruitment process from start to finish, partnering with hiring managers and HR to write engaging vacancies and actively source technical talent across the company.

You will guide candidates through the process and contribute to continuous improvements in our recruitment approach. Strong English is essential, Dutch is a plus, with hybrid work and room to grow.

Qualifications

• At least three years of recruitment experience, preferably in a technical or high-tech environment.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive sourcing.
• Excellent English; a good command of Dutch is a strong plus.
• A proactive, structured and people-focused approach.
• An interest in technology and innovation.

Job description

At Delft Circuits we're looking for an in house Recruiter who will help us find and attract the talent behind the future of quantum computing. We plan to double our team in the coming year.

As our Recruiter, you'll own the recruitment process from start to finish. You'll work closely with hiring managers and HR, write engaging vacancies, actively source technical talent, guide candidates throughout the process, and help us continuously improve the way we recruit. You are part of our HR team and report to the CFO.

What you bring:

• At least three years of recruitment experience, preferably in a technical or high-tech environment
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive sourcing
• Excellent English; a good command of Dutch is a strong plus
• A proactive, structured and people-focused approach
• An interest in technology and innovation

What we offer:

• 36 hours is full-time at Delft Circuits; strong preference for full-time, open to discussing 32 hours
• Salary of € 48.938 – € 55.728 per year, including 8% holiday allowance
• 30 vacation days and two training days per year
• Hybrid working and flexible hours, to be agreed
• A one-year contract with the intention to offer a permanent contract
• The opportunity to help grow a company at the forefront of quantum technology
