4G Clinical in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel with 4–7 years of experience to manage commercial contracts, employment law, IP, privacy compliance and corporate governance. The role requires regular office presence in Amsterdam and occasional international travel.

The ideal candidate combines pragmatism with strategic business partnering skills and can navigate regulatory and SaaS contexts within the life sciences space.

Competenze

• Bachelor's and Master's degree in law from an accredited university.
• 4–7 years of experience in-house or at a law firm.
• Proven expertise in commercial contracts and either employment law or IP.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work from Amsterdam office twice a week and willingness to travel internationally.

Mansioni

• Draft, review and negotiate international agreements and vendor contracts.
• Advise HR on everyday employment law, policies and international labour relations.
• Manage, protect and optimise the company's IP portfolio.
• Coordinate with external law firms to maintain cost-effective relationships.
