Job summary

Monday Merch in Rotterdam is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketeer to lead paid search from our city‑centre office. You will own Google and Microsoft Ads accounts across markets, collaborate with a freelance specialist, and work daily with the founder and growth team to optimize tracking, landing pages, and offers.

Fluent English is required; there is a strong emphasis on AI-driven experimentation and cross-functional collaboration with UI/UX, content, and design.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years hands-on in SEA or performance marketing.
• Experience managing accounts with €50k+ monthly budgets.
• Ability to work in a structured, results-driven manner.
• Comfort with AI tools and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition end-to-end for main markets.
• Run Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (approx. 70% of budget).
• Maintain schedules against monthly and yearly plans.
• Own tracking and attribution across GA4 and CRM data.
• Write and test multi-language ad copy and assets.
• Select landing pages and run tests with UI/UX and content teams.
• Lead new experiments and cross-market coordination.
