Job summary

Corbion is seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel EMEA & APAC to provide pragmatic legal advice across two regions, working closely with Sales, Procurement, Operations and R&D. You will balance legal risk with business goals while supporting the Senior Legal Counsel and collaborating with colleagues globally.

You should have a Dutch law degree, 3+ years of relevant experience, strong contract knowledge, and fluency in English, with the ability to work both from Amsterdam and Gorinchem.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Dutch law with both Bachelor and Master degrees.
• Minimum 3 years post-graduate legal experience, in-house or private practice.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation experience; know-how in commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted legal partner to teams across EMEA and APAC with practical, commercial advice.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements including sales, procurement and R&D contracts.
• Identify legal risks and provide solution-oriented guidance aligned with policies.
