Job summary

Applied Medical Corporation seeks a German-speaking Legal Counsel to support our Dutch organization and 17 European entities, with a primary focus on the DACH region. You will provide strategic guidance on commercial contracting, competition law, and market access while collaborating with our Sales teams and global Legal group.

The role is based in Amersfoort, NL, with an international, collaborative culture, reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel. Fluency in German and English is essential.

Qualifications

• LL.M. in Law or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a legal professional in a law firm or multinational
• Experience in an international environment and cross-border contracting
• Excellent written and spoken German and English communication

Responsibilities

• Draft and review commercial (supply) agreements for the DACH region.
• Advise on EU and national competition law matters and market practices.
• Coordinate litigation and investigations with external counsels as needed.
