Job summary

OMRON Headquarters in Hoofddorp, The Netherlands, is seeking a hands-on Legal Counsel to join the EMEA Legal Team in a permanent role. The position involves collaborating across cultures and jurisdictions, negotiating contracts, and providing practical legal guidance to colleagues in a dynamic, international environment.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Dutch law or EU law, 1–3 years of relevant experience, and fluency in English (Dutch or another European language is a plus).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Dutch law or an equivalent EU law degree.
• 1–3 years of relevant legal experience, in private practice or in-house in an international corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and negotiating general terms & conditions, non-disclosure agreements, purchase and service agreements and other documentation
• Provision of general legal advice to colleagues in the business
• Joining and assisting the members of the legal team in various projects
• Performing legal research, with special focus on Compliance
• Helping manage the know-how base of the Legal team
