Job summary

Improven is seeking a BI Specialist to connect data and business decisions in a pharmaceutical context. You will develop and optimise BI solutions, translate complex datasets into meaningful management information, and support multiple departments with insights from dashboards and reports.

You will collaborate with IT, Finance, Marketing and Operations to advance the data platform and ensure data quality, security and GDPR compliance within a global environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in data-related field (Data Science/BI/IT or econometrics).
• 3+ years in BI/Analytics and data analytics.
• Experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL and Azure.
• Knowledge of ETL, data modelling and data warehousing.
• Strong data governance and GDPR knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise BI solutions within Microsoft Azure.
• Design and manage data models and data warehouses.
• Create dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Set up and maintain ETL processes and data flows.
• Ensure data quality, security and GDPR compliance.
• Translate data into insights and actionable recommendations.
