Job summary
PFM Intelligence seeks a Senior BI Specialist to strengthen the Data & Insights team. You will design and develop business intelligence solutions, build Power BI dashboards, and translate data into insights that drive business impact across Europe.
You’ll collaborate with colleagues across countries to shape the BI capability. You will lead BI initiatives, optimize reporting standards, and help guide less experienced analysts, working with international teams and stakeholders to enable
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of BI/analytics experience.
- Proficient in Power BI with DAX and data modelling.
- Able to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
- Structured, analytical and quality-driven working style.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop BI solutions.
- Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Create robust and scalable data models.
- Continuously optimise reporting and analytical tools.
