Job summary

Philips is offering an internship in the Group Sustainability Office to support the Impact Shaper program and drive the 2030 Impact Ambition. You will work in an international team, deliver on sustainability initiatives, and engage with diverse stakeholders while gaining hands-on experience in program delivery and governance.

The role focuses on health equity, global health research, and impact-driven collaboration, with hybrid work and opportunities to travel to partner sites.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in the last year of a Bachelor’s program or in a Master’s program (preferred).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, networking, and analytical skills.
• Independent, hands-on, eager to learn with internship or academic project exposure.
• Experience related to global health, sustainability, or business is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of Impact Shaper program modules.
• Engage with participants and external delivery partners.
• Schedule and manage program sessions (virtual and in-person).
• Capture minutes, track actions, and follow up on progress.
• Contribute ideas to improve participant engagement and delivery.
• Help raise visibility of Philips’ Impact Ambitions across teams.
• Assist with ad-hoc sustainability and impact initiatives.
• Conduct market research on global health, health equity, and social business.
• Synthesize insights and present outcomes through reports and briefs.
• Build strong relationships across Businesses, Regions, Functions and partners.
