Zusammenfassung

Utrecht University is seeking an Impact & Stakeholder Coordinator for the Horizon Europe P2F project. You will bridge P2F science with policy and society, coordinating engagement and ensuring smooth project management.

You will work with UU and Cardiff University teams, coordinating dissemination, communications, and EU reporting, with occasional visits to Cardiff. English fluency is required; Dutch is a strong asset.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in climate/environmental science, policy, or related field.
• Experience building networks across different organizational cultures and with external stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills translating complex science for public and policy audiences.
• Familiarity with Dutch/European climate research and policy landscapes; existing networks are a plus.
• Digital proficiency: website content management and social media tracking/amplification Tools.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate stakeholder engagement strategy with Cardiff team.
• Disseminate project results to scientific stakeholders and SAB; promote uptake and impact.
• Collaborate with EMBRACER communications to reach diverse target groups.
• Supervise student projects for visual content, interviews, and creative outputs.
• Develop and maintain the P2F website and social media; translate papers for web use.
