Job summary

Utrecht University seeks an Impact & Stakeholder Coordinator for the Horizon Europe P2F project. The role links scientific advances to policy and public audiences, supporting project management and dissemination across UU and partner institutions.

You will work with the Management Team, engage diverse stakeholders, and help translate complex science into accessible content while coordinating with Cardiff University and the DEC lead.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a climate/environmental field or closely related discipline.
• Experience building networks and facilitating cross‑organization collaboration.
• Strong writing and speaking skills to translate research for policy and public audiences.
• Familiarity with Dutch/European climate research and policy landscapes is an advantage.
• Digital proficiency including website content management and social media tracking.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate stakeholder engagement strategies across non-scientific groups.
• Support dissemination and maintain communication with the SAB to promote project impact.
• Collaborate with Dutch and European partners to broaden outreach and engagement.
• Coordinate with the UU leadership and manage project reporting and meetings.
• Assist with DEC planning and co-develop project-wide engagement strategies with Cardiff.
