Job summary

Universiteit Utrecht is seeking a postdoctoral researcher in the Developmental Psychology Program to advance climate education and communication for youth. You will co-design, coordinate research, and disseminate findings to inform educators and professionals, within the FUTUREPROOF team spanning psychology, education, and communication science.

You will mentor and develop your own independent research program and grant ideas, contributing to innovative, multidisciplinary work at Utrecht

Qualifications

• PhD in psychology, education, or related discipline.
• Experience with mixed-methods research would be an advantage.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills in English; Dutch preferred.

Responsibilities

• Co-design, preparation and coordination of research.
• Write peer-reviewed publications and disseminate knowledge.
• Collaborate within the FUTUREPROOF team across psychology, education and communication science.
• Develop independent research program and grant development.
