Job summary

Universiteit Utrecht, Faculty of Science, seeks an Impact & Stakeholder Coordinator for the P2F Horizon Europe project. Based in Utrecht, you will bridge climate science with policy and society, coordinating outreach and engagement across diverse audiences.

You will work with UU’s Management Team, Cardiff University, and the DEC lead to align dissemination and communication strategies, including some travel to Cardiff. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in climate/environmental science or related field.
• Experience building networks across diverse stakeholders.
• Strong communication translating science for public/policymakers.
• Familiar with Dutch/European climate policy landscape.
• Digital proficiency in website and social media analytics.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders and map outreach audiences.
• Disseminate project results to scientific stakeholders and SAB.
• Collaborate with EMBRACER project communications.
• Supervise student projects for visual outputs.
• Develop the P2F website and manage social media.
• Join working groups like Climate Research Communication Network.
• Support EU reporting in EC Funding & Tenders Portal.
• Provide general consortium management support to UU leadership.
