Aegon Asset Management is seeking a Responsible Investment Manager based in Amsterdam to strengthen sustainability and impact investing capabilities across Continental Europe. The role emphasizes ESG research, engagement, data integration, and product development, with a focus on Alternative Fixed Income and private credit.

You will translate insights into investable opportunities and develop credible impact frameworks for differentiated client solutions while coordinating with Investment,

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, management, political science, international development, or related fields
• 5–10 years of relevant asset management experience
• Strong knowledge of ESG and impact investing issues
• Analytical and Research skills, strong attention to detail, ability to summarize
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to engage credibly with clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Able to work independently and maintain internal and external relationships

Mansioni

• Lead sustainability and impact research and translate findings into investment views
• Lead and support engagement with issuers and market participants
• Support pitches, RFPs and client discussions translating client needs into investment solutions
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate into implications for strategies and reporting
