Job summary

Mentha is seeking an intern for the Investment Team - Impact in Amsterdam. You will join a small entrepreneurial team that closed the first Impact PE fund in the Benelux and take on significant responsibility from day one.

You will help with market research, assess potential investment opportunities and their impact, collaborating closely with the Impact team to create real value and accelerate your own development.

Qualifications

• Master's student with interest in sustainability and strong communication.
• Self-starter with analytical skills and motivation to create environmental impact.
• Interest in finance, strategy and people; previous internship in PE, M&A or strategy consulting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and assess investment opportunities and their impact.
• Collaborate with the Impact team to add value from day one.
• Support development and growth with mentoring and hands-on tasks.
