You will lead groupwide initiatives, align local initiatives with brand guidelines, and ensure compliant marketing practices while delivering measurable growth and improved customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• Thorough understanding and experience of digital marketing channels, tools and campaigning.
• Strong budget management and drive to optimize financial processes.
• Professional proficiency of the English language (spoken & written).

• Developing digital marketing strategies and tactics to continuously improve digital campaign performance on brand and conversion targets.
• Executing, managing and optimizing groupwide digital marketing campaigns.
• Monitoring and analyzing performance of local marketing activities, preparing reports and insights for continuous improvement and sharing feedback with group teams.
