Job summary

Moral Fabric is seeking an Operations Lead to manage nonprofit client operations across legal, finance, people and tech. You will set up stacks, draft contracts, manage payroll and compliance, and build reusable patterns for scaling our services across multiple nonprofits in Europe.

Work is hybrid with an Amsterdam office, and you will collaborate closely with founders and a small expert team to drive impact while maintaining autonomy and clear accountability.

Responsibilities

• Map existing processes across legal, finance, people and tech for new customers.
• Set up and migrate the stack: Google Workspace, Asana projects and roles, Slack, Proton Pass, and EU-based alternatives where data demands it.
• Draft employment contracts and manage onboarding, leaves and expenses based on pattern templates.
• Take ANBI applications through Belastingdienst and ensure GDPR handling is robust.
• Get Moneybird set up, reconciling, and build invoice/payment flows; support budgets and dashboards.
• Turn solved patterns into reusable templates for other customers; document in the app/wiki.
• Run bi-weekly check-ins with customers, surface tensions, and unblock.
• Coordinate with specialists (finance, payroll, legal, tech) to own outcomes.
