This end-to-end role covers stakeholder conversations to production deployment, using Snowflake, AWS SageMaker and CI/CD pipelines, delivering measurable value and clear insights to business partners.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience as a Data Scientist with production-model experience
• Strong foundation in statistical and machine-learning techniques for predictive modeling, regression, and classification
• Fluent in Python and SQL with hands-on experience in Snowflake
• Experience with MLOps, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business questions into data science problems
• Monthly salary indication between €4,700 and €6,100 based on a 40-hour week and flexible hours

Responsibilities

• Apply predictive modeling and advanced statistical techniques to understand and predict customer behavior
• Own models end-to-end from data exploration to deployment on AWS SageMaker
• Ensure automation, testing, and reliability; collaborate with GitLab
• Translate complex results into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
• Collaborate with ML engineering and platform teams to improve tools and best practices
