As Supervisor, you will lead the evening, hosting guests and coordinating show timing with kitchen and technical teams to ensure a flawless guest journey.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team-leading experience within hospitality preferred.
• Experience hosting events or guest-facing experiences is an advantage.
• Experience working in a fast-paced Food & Beverage environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create an engaging first impression.
• Act as the primary host of the 7 Paintings experience.
• Introduce the concept and guide guests through their immersive dining journey.
• Present and describe each course, including the story and artistic inspiration behind it.
• Build rapport with guests and encourage participation in the interactive elements of the experience.
• Manage guest expectations and respond professionally to special requests.
• Ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience.
• Oversee the day-to-day execution of scheduled 7 Paintings experiences.
• Lead and support team members before, during and after each show.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and assign responsibilities.
• Coordinate with kitchen, banquet team and technical support.
• Maintain smooth timing between show elements, food delivery and guest engagement.
• Monitor service standards and Hilton brand expectations.
• Support room setup, show preparation and breakdown.
• Ensure courses are served correctly and on time.
• Verify menu information, dietary requirements, and allergies.
• Work with kitchen to deliver a seamless journey.
• Drive beverage sales and upselling opportunities.
• Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation standards.
• Coach, motivate and support team members; onboarding and training.
• Contribute to performance and development conversations.
• Foster a positive, energetic team culture.
• Complete daily operational reports.
• Monitor stock levels and equipment requirements.
• Assist with scheduling and labour planning.
• Ensure health, safety, hygiene and food safety standards.
