Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in the Netherlands is offering an internship as a Demand Planning Intern within the IBP team.

You will gain hands-on experience in forecasting, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Category Management and Finance to ensure products are available when and where customers want them. This internship provides mentorship, meaningful projects, and opportunities to grow, with compensation and travel reimbursement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, BA or related fields.
Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.
Very good knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Able to transform data into meaningful insights.
Excellent communication skills to interact with other teams.

Responsibilities

Support the creation and maintenance of accurate demand forecasts for a product or customer portfolio.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to identify risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Category teams to align demand plans with business objectives.
Prepare reports and performance analyses to monitor forecast accuracy and business performance.
Support continuous improvement projects and the adoption of new planning tools, including AI-powered solutions.
Present insights and recommendations that help drive data-based decision making.
