PepsiCo Inc. Netherlands (Utrecht) offers a Winter term internship as a Demand Planning Intern within the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team.

You will forecast demand, analyze sales data, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Category Management, and Finance to ensure products are available where consumers expect them. The program runs January/February 2027 to July 2027, with mentorship and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master degree (preferably in Supply Chain, Engineering, BA or related fields) or proven strong thinking/problem solving skills.
• Fluency in English, Dutch is a plus.
• Very good knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point.
• Able to transform data and information into meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with the other teams.

Responsabilidades

• Support the creation and maintenance of accurate demand forecasts for a product or customer portfolio.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Category teams to align demand plans with business objectives.
• Prepare reports and performance analyses to monitor forecast accuracy and business performance.
• Support continuous improvement projects and the adoption of new planning tools, including AI-powered solutions.
• Present insights and recommendations that help drive data-based decision making.
