Qualifications

• Extensive senior People Experience/HR leadership experience in a matrixed international context.
• Proven track record translating business priorities into people strategies and org development.
• Strong HR expertise with knowledge of complex employment relations and labor regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional PX strategy for Spain and Portugal in alignment with business objectives.
• Partner with executive teams to guide organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and culture.
• Oversee talent development, onboarding, succession planning, and leadership development.
