Job summary

agap2 Netherlands seeks a Project Manager to lead IAM transformation initiatives across a complex IT landscape. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, vendors, and stakeholders, turning objectives into actionable plans with clear KPIs, milestones, and timelines.

You will drive progress using Jira, Confluence, SAFe/Agile practices, and strong stakeholder communication. A Bachelor's or Master's degree and 5+ years in IAM or IT transformation are expected, with English fluency and Dutch as a

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent in a related field.
At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably IAM or IT transformation.
Proven experience leading complex IT transformation projects or programmes.
Strong knowledge of IAM technologies and processes (SSO, Access Governance, RBAC, Identity Governance, Certificates, PAM).
Experience with Agile/Scrum; SAFe experience is highly desirable.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI, and Excel.
Strong stakeholder management in a matrix organisation.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholders simultaneously.
Excellent English communication; Dutch is a plus.
Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Lead IAM transformation projects within a complex IT landscape.
Coordinate multiple workstreams, teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Define and implement project plans with KPIs, milestones and timelines.
Translate objectives into actionable plans and track progress with Jira/Agile tooling.
Provide leadership aligned with SAFe methodology.
Monitor risks, dependencies and issues with mitigations.
Maintain transparent stakeholder communication via dashboards and governance.
Collaborate with Global Transformation Office and product owners.
