Job summary

SITS | Traxion, the Benelux leader in Identity & Access Management (IAM), invites an experienced Project Manager to drive IAM projects across client sites and internal teams in the Netherlands. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and alignment with security objectives.

Hybrid work with 2 days in Waardenburg office, 32-40 hours per week, flexible training, and international opportunities. Candidates should have 5+ years PM experience, Prince2/IPMA-D, and fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an IT project manager.
• Experience with IAM domain and managing multiple projects.
• Certification in project management, such as Prince2, IPMA-D or higher.
• Proficiency in Waterfall, Agile or Scrum; relevant certificates.

Responsibilities

• Define objectives, scope, milestones, and deliverables; develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk assessments; establish communication with stakeholders.
• Lead implementations of IAM solutions and ensure delivery per agreements.
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and report financial progress to stakeholders.
• Act as the primary client contact and coordinate with internal stakeholders across teams.
