Job summary

SITS | Traxion, a Benelux leader in Identity & Access Management, seeks an experienced Project Manager to deliver IAM projects on time and within budget. You will manage client and internal expectations and collaborate across Denmark, Germany, and Switzerland on regional initiatives.

Key requirements include 5+ years in IT project management, IAM experience, PM certs, and strong Dutch and English communication. The role offers hybrid work and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management experience.
• IAM project experience and ability to run multiple projects.
• PM certifications such as Prince2, IPMA-D or higher.
• Proficiency in Waterfall, Agile, or Scrum.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Define objectives, scope, milestones, and deliverables; develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk assessments; establish stakeholder communication.
• Lead IAM solution implementations and ensure delivery per agreements.
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and report financial progress to stakeholders.
• Act as primary client contact and align client needs with project execution; coordinate across teams.
• Ensure quality standards, oversee testing, and maintain documentation.
• Mentor team members and promote standardized project approaches.
