Job summary

SITS | Traxion, the Benelux leader in Identity & Access Management (IAM), seeks a Project Manager to drive IAM projects for local and international clients from scoping to delivery.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, liaise with stakeholders, oversee testing and documentation, and ensure secure, on-time deployments while fostering collaboration and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience.
• PM certification such as Prince2 / IPMA-D or higher.
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile, or Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira and Confluence.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken.

• Define objectives, scope, milestones, and deliverables; develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk assessments; establish communication with stakeholders.
• Lead IAM implementations, track progress, and ensure delivery as per agreements.
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and report financial progress to stakeholders.
• Act as primary client contact and align client needs with project execution; coordinate internal stakeholders for smooth delivery.
• Ensure quality standards, oversee testing, and maintain documentation.
• Mentor team members and promote consistent project approaches across the organization.

Job description

As a Project Manager you will ensure that projects across the organization are delivered on time, within budget, and meet both technical and business objectives. You will play a pivotal role in protecting clients from security threats by implementing robust identity and access solutions, together with your colleagues, that align with their security strategies.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing both customer and internal expectations throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparency, alignment, and successful outcomes. Beyond local projects, you may also be assigned to regional initiatives across Denmark, Germany, and Switzerland, contributing to impactful cybersecurity solutions on a broader scale.

What you'll do as a Project Manager

• Define objectives, scope, milestones, and deliverables; develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk assessments; establish communication with stakeholders.
• Lead implementations of IAM solutions, track progress, and ensure delivery in accordance with agreements made.
• Manage and steer budgets, track expenses, and report financial progress to stakeholders.
• Act as the primary client contact, provide regular updates, and ensure alignment between client needs and project execution. Additionally, manage internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration across teams to ensure smooth project delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure quality standards are met, oversee testing phases, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Mentor team members and promote consistency in project approach and monitoring across the organization.

What you'll bring to the team

• 5+ years of experience as an IT project manager, ideally leading cross-functional teams and managing various projects.
• Experience with smaller and larger projects, preferably in the IAM domain, and the ability to run several projects at the same time.
• Certification in project management, such as Prince2, IPMA-D or higher equivalent.
• Proficiency in methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, or Scrum and certificates in that field.
• Experience with project management and/or agile tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
• Ability to liaise between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Quick decision-making to address project challenges.
• Valid EU drivers license.
• Must be fluent in Dutch and English, written and verbal.
