Job summary

SITS | Traxion is seeking an IAM Software Engineer to design, implement, and optimize Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions. You’ll work in a delivery team across two-week sprints, shaping security-focused identity controls and integration patterns with C#, SQL, and APIs.

You'll translate customer needs into technical designs, troubleshoot IAM challenges, and improve automation with PowerShell and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in software or platform engineering with IGA design.
• Experience with Omada Identity or Microsoft Entra ID Governance.
• Experience in API integration, testing, and deployment using Git and CI/CD.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or information security or equivalent experience.
• English at C1 and Dutch at B2 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver IGA solutions for access governance, using standard platform capabilities, low-code tools, and integration standards with C#, SQL and APIs where needed.
• Translate customer needs into technical designs and engineering tasks, collaborating with architects and security engineers.
• Troubleshoot complex IAM issues, identify root causes, and implement improvements to reduce risk.
• Improve automation and delivery practices using PowerShell and CI/CD where appropriate.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior engineers through reviews and design sessions.
