Job summary

Academic Key is seeking an IAM Software Engineer to design and deliver IGA solutions leveraging Omada Identity or Microsoft Entra ID Governance. You will work in a delivery team, translating customer needs into technical designs and robust configurations.

The role emphasizes security, compliance, and maintainability, with opportunities to mentor peers and improve automation through PowerShell and CI/CD. Dutch-English bilingual environment expected.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in software or platform engineering, with design/implementation of IGA solutions.
• Strong C# and SQL experience for troubleshooting IAM solutions.
• Solid understanding of security, compliance, and scalable architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver IGA solutions using standard platform capabilities and low-code tools.
• Translate customer needs into technical designs and engineering tasks with security in mind.
• Troubleshoot complex IAM issues, identify root causes, and implement durable improvements.
• Improve automation and delivery practices using PowerShell and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor junior engineers through design reviews and configurations.
