Job summary

SITS | Traxion seeks an IAM Software Engineer to design and deliver IGA solutions, focusing on identity governance using Omada Identity or Microsoft Entra. You’ll work with architects, security engineers, and customer teams across two-week sprints in a hybrid setup from Waardenburg, NL.

Key tasks include implementing IAM solutions with C#, SQL, and APIs, translating requirements into designs, troubleshooting complex IAM issues, and enhancing automation via PowerShell and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in software or platform engineering, with designing and implementing IGA solutions such as Omada Identity or Microsoft Entra ID Governance.
• Experience in solution design, configuration, API integration, testing, and deployment, using Git and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps).
• Practical C# and SQL experience to troubleshoot and extend IAM solutions where needed.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver IGA solutions that help customers govern access using standard platform capabilities, low-code tools, and APIs.
• Translate customer needs into technical designs and engineering tasks with stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot complex IAM issues, identify root causes, and implement lasting improvements for security and reliability.
• Improve automation and delivery practices using PowerShell and CI/CD where appropriate.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior engineers through reviews and design sessions.
