Job summary

Evergreen Talent Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Quality Manager to lead QA/QC on a major hyperscale data centre project in the Netherlands. You will oversee QA/QC from procurement through testing, commissioning readiness and handover, ensuring compliance with designs, specifications and standards.

You will work closely with project leadership, construction teams and subcontractors to implement robust quality controls, drive right-first-time delivery and support a successful project

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
• Significant electrical QA/QC experience on major construction or engineering projects.
• Proven leadership of QA/QC teams on hyperscale data centre projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical QA/QC function across the hyperscale data centre project.
• Develop and implement the electrical package quality plan.
• Manage Electrical QA/QC Engineers, inspectors and walkdown personnel.
• Prepare and review ITPs, inspection checklists and quality procedures.
• Coordinate client and project stakeholder quality reviews and reports.
• Support handover with documented quality evidence and close-out actions.
