Qualifications

• Experience in a logistics engineering, supply chain engineering, process improvement, or similar role.
• Background within logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or 3PL environments.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable solutions.
• Knowledge of automation, robotics, continuous improvement, or process optimization.
• Experience with AutoCAD or similar design tools is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to work with customers and senior stakeholders.
• A hands-on and proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing operational data to identify improvement opportunities and optimize processes.
• Designing logistics solutions, warehouse layouts, workflows, and operational models.
• Translating customer and business requirements into practical and scalable solutions.
• Supporting implementation projects from concept through operational go-live.
• Collaborating with Operations, IT, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives across multiple sites.
